Welcome to Grasshopper. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the cannabis delivery services we provide. By accessing our website, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 21 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and that all information you provide (including name, date of birth, and contact details) is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, which is secured via one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your phone, and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Legal Compliance and ID Verification

Grasshopper operates in strict compliance with all California state and local regulations. You agree to provide a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery to verify your age and identity. The name on the order must match the name on the ID. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to provide valid identification or appears to be intoxicated.

3. Orders, Payments, and Fees

All orders are subject to product availability and the delivery zone of your selected location. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any items you purchase. Prices are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of delivery. We currently accept cash on delivery. A delivery fee may apply to your order, as indicated during the checkout process.

4. Loyalty and Referral Programs

Grasshopper offers a Rewards Program and a Stamp Card Program. Points and stamps are awarded based on completed orders and can be redeemed for rewards as specified on our platform. We also offer a Refer-a-Friend program. All rewards, points, stamps, and referral benefits are offered at our discretion and are subject to change, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.

5. Cancellation and Return Policies

Please review our Cancellation Policy for information on how to cancel or modify an order. Due to state regulations, all cannabis sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, if you receive a defective product (e.g., a non-functional vape cartridge), please consult our Return Policy for information on exchanges.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimers

GOVERNMENT WARNING: Cannabis is a Schedule I controlled substance. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Cannabis products can cause developmental harm and may be harmful to your health. Cannabis use can impair concentration, coordination, and judgment. Do not operate a vehicle or machinery under the influence of cannabis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grasshopper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
