We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how to cancel or modify your order with Grasshopper to ensure a smooth process for everyone.
How to Cancel an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible by calling us at (714) 123-4567. To expedite the process, please have your order number ready when you call.
Cancellation Timeframe
You may cancel your order free of charge at any point before it is marked as "Out for Delivery". Our team works quickly to pack and dispatch orders, so we recommend calling immediately if you need to make a change.
Once a driver has been dispatched with your items, the order can no longer be cancelled. You will receive an SMS notification from us the moment your order is on its way.
Fees and Refused Deliveries
There are no fees for canceling an order within the acceptable timeframe (before it is out for delivery).
If you refuse delivery or are unavailable to receive your order at the specified address after a driver has been dispatched, a restocking fee may be applied to your account. Repeated instances may result in a temporary or permanent restriction from placing future orders.
Modifying an Order
If you wish to add or remove items from your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications cannot be guaranteed once the order has been packed and dispatched.
