Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Due to state regulations, all cannabis sales are final and we cannot accept returns on products. However, we stand by the quality of our items and will address issues with defective products as outlined below.
Defective Products
We will gladly exchange any product that is confirmed to be defective. This policy primarily applies to manufactured goods such as vape cartridges, disposable vapes, and batteries that are non-functional upon arrival.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must report the defect within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please contact our customer support team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We may require photos or video evidence to help diagnose the problem and verify the defect.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify your delivery driver immediately upon receipt or contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange to correct the mistake as quickly as possible. Please do not open or use the incorrect product, as this will void its eligibility for an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products. This includes, but is not limited to, flower, edibles, concentrates, and topicals. We do not offer exchanges based on personal preference, such as taste, effects, or potency. We encourage you to read product descriptions and reviews before making a purchase.
